How do I use a coupon?

I received this ornament (along with the matching boy ornament) today. Her peppermint buttons were missing, and they didn’t fall off during shipping; they weren’t in the box for me to glue back on. So I paid 20.00 for an ornament that I now have to buy something to glue on to cover the glue spots that show where the buttons were. This experience is happening to me way too often lately with lack of good quality or broken items that I order through companies online. I try to make purchases in person when I can, but some stores are too far and ordering online is the only practical option. Then add the exorbitant shipping fees being charged, and I’m definitely not a happy customer!
