All regular orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Larger orders, including large décor, bulky, long, or oversized items, may require shipment via a common carrier (LTL freight). These orders may require additional processing and transit time. We can also ship orders to a customer’s preferred freight forwarder upon request.

At this time, we do not ship directly outside of the contiguous United States. However, alternate shipping methods may be available for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Customers in these locations or outside of the United States may also arrange to have their order delivered to their desired freight forwarder.

Free shipping on orders over $99 applies only to eligible orders shipped within the contiguous United States. Exclusions may apply to sale merchandise and bulky, long, heavy, or oversized items, including but not limited to certain artificial Christmas trees, ornaments, décor, Christmas lights, wreaths, and garlands. Additional shipping charges may apply to excluded items.

Oversized Artificial Christmas Trees Shipping

Standard shipping applies to artificial Christmas trees 9' and under. Trees over 9' may require special shipping via an LTL freight carrier and may require additional processing and transit time.
