Warranty Overview

At The Christmas Palace, we stand behind the quality of our Artificial Christmas Trees with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers regular and sale-priced trees but excludes Open Box/Final Sale items.

  • Our warranty ensures coverage for significant structural components of your tree, such as branches, hinges, and stands. Please note that flocking, loose tips, minor shedding, and isolated burned-out bulbs are not covered under this warranty. 

How to File a Claim:

1. Initiate a Claim:

Contact our customer service team by emailing us at santa@thechristmaspalace.com and include detailed photos or videos of the issue.

2. Assessment:

Our team will assess your submission to determine if it falls under our warranty policy.

3. Resolution:

Once approved, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include sending replacement parts, sections, or an entire tree, or providing a comparable alternative.

Exclusions:

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs are not covered.
  • Warranty coverage is limited to items purchased directly from The Christmas Palace or authorized sellers.
  • The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
  • Coverage applies only to items used within the contiguous United States and Canada.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a warranty claim if we feel the customer is trying to abuse the policy. 

    Additional Information:

    • The duration of the warranty remains unchanged regardless of any claims processed.
    • If your specific tree model is no longer available, you may choose to wait for restocking or receive a replacement of similar value, as determined by The Christmas Palace.
