How do I use a coupon?

I received this collection of aqua ornaments—they are stunning—but one was broken. I contacted the Christmas Palace right away and asked about a replacement. They send not just ones but 2! ornaments as a replacement. Now I call that *great* customer service. Would definitely buy from them again.
