The entire Belgium family will have a lush and beautiful mixture of 3 needle types. 2 PVC needles with a third needle made of Bristol Pine. Of the 2 PVC needles, one looks like a frasier fur needle, and the other looks like a balsam needle. While the third bristol pine needle gives it that soft full scotch pine look. We offer free shipping on orders with totals over $99 within the lower 48 U.S. (Hawaii and Alaska excluded).
Shipping times are between 1-3 Business days, Depending on the product and customers location. We are unable to ship to PO boxes. Please supply a physical mailing address when filling out your shipping information.

Yes, the stand is included in the overall height of each tree.
How do I choose the best tree for my space?
It is recommended to leave at least a few inches of space between your tree and ceiling, depending if you are planning to use a topper. If a topper will be used, please keep in mind its dimensions when choosing your tree size. Aside from a topper, the rest remains to your personal preference, depending on how much you would like your tree to fill up its designated space. As long as the dimensions fit- width, length and height, the rest is up to you!

At The Christmas Palace, we stand behind the quality of our Artificial Christmas Trees with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers regular and sale-priced trees but excludes Open Box/Final Sale items.
- Our warranty ensures coverage for significant structural components of your tree, such as branches, hinges, and stands. Please note that flocking, loose tips, minor shedding, and isolated burned-out bulbs are not covered under this warranty.
How to File a Claim:

Our team will assess your submission to determine if it falls under our warranty policy. - Resolution:

Exclusions:
- Normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs are not covered.
- Warranty coverage is limited to items purchased directly from The Christmas Palace or authorized sellers.
- The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
- Coverage applies only to items used within the contiguous United States and Canada.
- We reserve the right to refuse a warranty claim if we feel the customer is trying to abuse the policy.
Additional Information:
- The duration of the warranty remains unchanged regardless of any claims processed.
- If your specific tree model is no longer available, you may choose to wait for restocking or receive a replacement of similar value, as determined by The Christmas Palace.
