Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on orders with totals over $99 within the lower 48 U.S. (Hawaii and Alaska excluded).
Shipping times are between 1-3 Business days, Depending on the product and customers location. We are unable to ship to PO boxes. Please supply a physical mailing address when filling out your shipping information.
Specialty items and larger trees may require additional shipping fees. For more information, refer to our official shipping policy.

Is the stand included in the height of the tree?
Yes, the stand is included in the overall height of each tree.
How do I choose the best tree for my space?
It is recommended to leave at least a few inches of space between your tree and ceiling, depending if you are planning to use a topper. If a topper will be used, please keep in mind its dimensions when choosing your tree size. Aside from a topper, the rest remains to your personal preference, depending on how much you would like your tree to fill up its designated space. As long as the dimensions fit- width, length and height, the rest is up to you!
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders with totals over $99. For smaller orders, we charge flat rate fees. Learn more by reading our shipping policy.

Warranty Overview
At The Christmas Palace, we stand behind the quality of our Artificial Christmas Trees with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers regular and sale-priced trees but excludes Open Box/Final Sale items.
- Our warranty ensures coverage for significant structural components of your tree, such as branches, hinges, and stands. Please note that flocking, loose tips, minor shedding, and isolated burned-out bulbs are not covered under this warranty.
How to File a Claim:
- Initiate a Claim:
Contact our customer service team by emailing us at santa@thechristmaspalace.com and include detailed photos or videos of the issue. - Assessment:
Our team will assess your submission to determine if it falls under our warranty policy. - Resolution:
Once approved, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include sending replacement parts, sections, or an entire tree, or providing a comparable alternative.
Exclusions:
- Normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs are not covered.
- Warranty coverage is limited to items purchased directly from The Christmas Palace or authorized sellers.
- The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
- Coverage applies only to items used within the contiguous United States and Canada.
- We reserve the right to refuse a warranty claim if we feel the customer is trying to abuse the policy.
Additional Information:
- The duration of the warranty remains unchanged regardless of any claims processed.
- If your specific tree model is no longer available, you may choose to wait for restocking or receive a replacement of similar value, as determined by The Christmas Palace.

Love my Pencil trees! I ordered 2 to replace my older trees I had for many years. I display these in a urn all year round, only decorating them for Halloween and Christmas. I put white LED lights on them which will remain on the trees. The branches are very sturdy, which I really like! I will be hanging my small Mark Roberts collection on them for the holidays!

I recently downsized to this tree and am very pleased with the quality and look. Most small trees are wider and I needed a slim. I added my lights and ornaments and very happy with the lovely little Christmas tree.

It was my first time at Christmas Palace. I live in a small place and I was looking for a tree that wasn't too wide in its lower branches. When I saw this tree I loved it from the first glance. I'll show you a photo because it takes up little space and looks stylish.

I looked everywhere for an affordable pencil tree until I finally came across this one. The picture was beautiful; the branches were full and the tree was offered in various different sizes . The price was the best part—affordable! This was too good to be true, right?
The tree arrived fast in a nice light weight, compact sized box with a handle for carrying. It came in three separate pieces, including a folding tree stand, and was easy to assemble. To my surprise, the branches were full, as it easily stood 10’ high amidst my elevated ceilings that just peered through the loft above. It was beautiful, and most definitely too good to be true! Now add 1,400 lights to that and you have one magnificent pencil pine Christmas tree! Highly recommended!
