How do I use a coupon?

The garland is beautiful but when I pulled the first strand out of the plastic sleeve there were about 20 jewels left in the bottom of the bag. These had fallen off before I even used them.

I like this garland but it’s shorter than I’d like. And a few of the jewels had fallen off during shipping. In my view it’s just a little expensive for its length.
