We offer free shipping on orders with totals over $99 within the lower 48 U.S. (Hawaii and Alaska excluded).
Shipping times are between 1-3 Business days, Depending on the product and customers location. We are unable to ship to PO boxes. Please supply a physical mailing address when filling out your shipping information.

When I purchased this tree for my collection I knew it lit up but to my surprise it also changed colors. The only problem I have is that the colors are bright and change only about 1/2 hour or so then it’s just red lights turning slowly on and off. Customer service was great and sent me a new one but the same thing happens. Factory should have checked this before they shipped out. New batteries did not change this issue.
